About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead the talent function and oversee a team of specialists and recruiters. The successful candidate will be responsible for making a significant number of executive hires across multiple portfolio companies. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the right leadership is in place to drive the success of the various businesses within the holding company. The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will work closely with the Chief People Officer to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and foster a high-performance culture within the talent team. Applicants for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a proven track record in executive search and a deep understanding of the talent market. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to partner with senior leaders to identify and attract top talent. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a private equity-backed or multi-entity business setting, and a background in a relevant industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a Master's degree is a plus.
