Fredric Rubel Jewelers is seeking a polished, personable Sales Associate to join our Laguna Beach location. This is a client-facing role where strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail matter more than prior retail experience.
You’ll work closely with a long-standing team in a beautifully curated luxury setting, helping clients find fine jewelry and timepieces that mark life’s most meaningful moments. Responsibilities include one-on-one sales, client relationship building, merchandising, light clerical work, and supporting store events.
This is a unique opportunity to build a lasting career with a 97-year-old family-owned company known for its integrity, warmth, and impeccable reputation in the luxury space. We’re looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping people. Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles is a plus—but not required. What matters most is emotional intelligence, clear communication, and the ability to create meaningful client relationships.
Ideal candidates are efficient, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within a long-standing, trusted brand. An interest in fine jewelry or timepieces is appreciated but not essential—we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
