Job Title : Senior FP&A Consultant – Manufacturing
Location: On-Site downtown Denver, CO
Job Type: Contract (2–3 months, potential for extension)
Experience Level: Senior
Pay rate : $65 to $85
 
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Consultant with a strong background in global manufacturing to join our North American FP&A team. This is a high-impact role focused on forecasting, analysis, and strategic financial planning focused on volume-based discounts, rebates, and OEM/secondary market sales.
 
Key Responsibilities :

• Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting packages for senior leadership, including the CFO
• Analyze complex sales contracts and rebate structures common in manufacturing environments
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and channel leaders to align financial insights with business strategy
• Support the annual budgeting process and provide value-added recommendations for process improvements
• Prepare financial bridges, monthly forecasts, and ad hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in global manufacturing environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience at senior analyst and/or manager levels
• Strong decision-making skills and confidence in financial leadership
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Prior involvement in budgeting cycles and financial planning systems
• Experience in global, complex organizational structures
