About the Role
The Company is in search of an Investment Sourcing Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the identification and sourcing of qualified corporate carveout investment opportunities. This role is pivotal in supporting the team through the entire investment process, from origination to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in a top-tier origination role, with a focus on corporate carveout transactions, and must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in this area. Applicants for the Investment Sourcing Vice President position at the company should have over eight years of experience in a relevant, top-tier origination role. The role requires a professional with a deep understanding of the corporate carveout and business divestiture space, and the ability to leverage this knowledge to identify and source high-quality investment opportunities. The candidate will work closely with the co-founders and the team, and as such, must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strategic and proactive approach to sourcing, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, is essential.
