About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's people strategy. This senior HR leader will be a key partner to the CEO and executive team, driving a strategic people agenda that aligns with the company's growth objectives and fosters a high-performance, values-aligned culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR, from workforce planning and team development to employee relations and change management. A hands-on approach is essential, as is the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, ensuring that HR operations are efficient, compliant, and supportive of the company's manufacturing and corporate environments. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in manufacturing or multisite environments. The role requires expertise in employee relations, a strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices across the US, Canada, and Asia, and a proven track record in building and developing HR teams. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. First-year priorities include rebuilding the HR team, harmonizing HR policies and practices across various sites, and implementing scalable systems for talent management and compliance.
