Assist with hardware, software and operating systems. Maintain documentation for implementations, maintenance, upgrades and inventory. Maintain a high level of security, including up-to-date security software releases including TLS/SSL certificate management. Communicate effectively and build rapport with customers. Provide outstanding customer service responding to user calls, emails and helpdesk tickets. Resolve technical issues with equipment including desktops, servers, printers and OS. Configure and install desktops, laptops, servers and printers. This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Three to five years of experience as a systems administrator.
