* *Job Title:* Staff CCC-Speech Language Pathologist
* *Location: *Heritage Manor: Chisholm
* *Position type: *Part-time, benefited, .6 FTE
* *Hours/Schedule: *This position will generally be scheduled for24 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
* *Settings: *This position will work primarily in SNF/LTC but also provide care for Home Health and outpatient.
