We’re a growing recruitment services firm looking for an organized, reliable, and self- motivated Administrative & Recruiting Support Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This position will primarily be remote with the need to be able to meet in person within the Chaska Office area monthly. No prior recruiting experience is required — we’ll train you! This is a great fit for a recent grad or someone with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or coordination with the potential to grow into a full-time role within a year. What You’ll Do: Review weekly client invoices for accuracy. Post new jobs on our website and external boards. Organize candidate information in our system (we’ll train you!). Provide feedback on marketing/recruiting research data from 3rd party partner. Send reminders for overdue invoices. Conduct basic candidate searches in Monster, Nexxt, etc. (training provided). Support other admin and recruiting-related tasks. What You Bring: 1–3 years of experience in admin, customer service, or support roles — OR a recent college grad ready to learn. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, clear communication style (written and verbal) and the ability to work independently. Tech-savvy with basic tools like Microsoft office, email, job boards. Able to work ~25 hours/week on a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday). A positive, dependable attitude and willingness to grow.
