Job Description
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 10am-6pm
Pay Rate: $23-24/hr.
Client is seeking a front-facing Administrative Assistant who is a strong communicator and friendly. This role involves handling resident inquiries, managing office operations, and supporting property management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for residents, answering calls and directing inquiries.
Manage daily office upkeep, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Assign and track resident service requests in REX, prioritizing urgent cases.
Respond to voicemails, emails, and resident inquiries regarding payments, lease renewals, and maintenance issues.
Maintain tracking sheets for move-outs, key returns, and access updates.
Process and scan documents, including payments, lockout forms, and delivery logs.
Assist with scheduling unit inspections and general administrative tasks as needed.
