Inizio Engage is assembling a premier team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives dedicated to supporting our client, Pfizer. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors!

The primary goal of this role is to enhance awareness of high-risk patients for COVID-19.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing crucial support to healthcare professionals about COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options.
  • Educating identified targets to ensure readiness in patient identification.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and engagement, as outlined in the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Contracted Team Statement of Work.
  • Collaborating closely with peers to align goals and coordinate efforts across various channels.
  • Understanding the market landscape within assigned territories to identify opportunities and create effective action plans for maximizing sales.
  • Thriving in a team environment that values collaboration and encourages innovative ideas.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Engaging healthcare professionals by addressing inquiries regarding drug interactions and patient eligibility for treatment.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, patient education, and the market environment, using only approved materials for your marketing efforts.
  • Keeping up-to-date with related disease states and account-specific considerations to facilitate meaningful discussions.
  • Implementing strategic plans to surpass sales goals for your designated territories.
  • Analyzing customer data to optimize each call and customize your sales approach.
  • Working with colleagues to prioritize at a local level and implementing strategies for targeted accounts.
  • Guiding retail pharmacy interfaces to boost sales.
  • Employing effective interaction techniques, including pre-call planning and tailored message delivery.
  • Sharing information about approved support resources with clients.
  • Completing call reporting and inventory records diligently as per current procedures.
  • Balancing study time to enhance your knowledge of medical and product information during non-working hours.
  • Participating in training and meetings, either locally or remotely.
  • Ensuring timely completion of all required Compliance training.

What You Need for This Position:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or other professional sales roles.
  • Experience in healthcare settings or relevant scientific roles such as RN, pharmacist, or therapist.
  • Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.
  • A valid US driver’s license with a driving record compliant with company standards.
  • Willingness to travel.
