Job Description
Location: Vanguard Crossing Apartments; Clayton, MO
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday; Weekend availability and on-call rotation required.
Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $25.00, based on experience; $150 weekly on-call bonus

In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property is beautiful, well-maintained, and operating smoothly.
