About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational leadership, optimizing daily operations across investment functions, and implementing scalable systems and processes to support growth and efficiency. This role also involves serving as the firm's EOS Integrator, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the execution of strategic initiatives. The Head of Operations will be a critical leader, overseeing day-to-day operations and promoting strong communication and collaboration across various teams. Candidates for this position should be senior operations leaders with a background in investment management, private equity, or real estate finance, and a deep understanding of real estate and specialty credit strategies, particularly in the middle market. Prior experience as an EOS Integrator is highly preferred. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Head of Operations will also be involved in strategic execution, leading initiatives related to technology, data infrastructure, and operational scalability, and supporting investor relations, fundraising, and reporting functions as needed.
