Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy:
Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth.
Identify and implement innovative e-commerce initiatives to enhance the customer shopping
experience.
Website Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company's e-commerce website.
Collaborate with web developers to ensure website functionality and user experience are
optimized.
Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.
Online Merchandising:
Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure an appealing and accurate online
catalog.
Plan and execute online merchandising strategies, including promotions and product launches.
Collaborate with the fashion design team to curate collections and product assortments.
Fashion Merchandising:
Stay informed about fashion industry trends and competitors to make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with designers to select and present fashion products that align with brand image and
customer preferences.
Implement pricing and markdown strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Customer Experience:
Enhance the online customer shopping experience by implementing user-friendly navigation and
design.
Optimize the checkout process to minimize cart abandonment rates and maximize conversions.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders.
Digital Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to
drive traffic and sales.
Utilize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and online visibility.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to make data-driven decisions.
Inventory and Fulfillment:
Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability and
timely order fulfillment.
Manage inventory levels and strategize to minimize overstock and out-of-stock situations.
E-commerce Analytics:
Monitor key e-commerce performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management
team.
Identify opportunities for improvement based on analytics insights.
Photoshoot Coordination:
Participate in the planning phase of photoshoots to ensure the selection of fashion
products aligns with upcoming promotions, seasonal changes, or featured collections.
Ensure that products are presented accurately and effectively during photoshoots,
collaborating with the styling team.
Collect additional product information, such as material composition, care instructions,
and sizing details, to enrich product descriptions on the website.
Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to align photoshoots with the
brand's online merchandising strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (Master's
preferred).
● Proven experience in e-commerce and fashion merchandising.
● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
● Strong understanding of web analytics, digital marketing, and fashion trends.
● Excellent communication and analytical skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
