Position Summary:
The Dock Worker will be responsible for supporting warehouse and distribution operations through the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks, fulfilling order requests from inventory, and managing incoming field returns. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Accurately pull and prepare order requests from inventory for shipment.
• Receive and take inventory of incoming field returns, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock and warehouse areas.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse or dock operations is desirable but not required.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry materials up to [insert weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs].
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Work is performed in a warehouse and dock environment with exposure to varying temperatures and conditions.
